About the role
- A CNC Operator, or CNC Machine Operator, is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of manufacturing machinery.
- Their duties include running tests before the start of operations, Operator will load, unload, and inspect parts during the machining process.
- Operator will be responsible for the quality of the parts being produced and for achieving production standards.
Responsibilities
- Performs basic math calculations, including addition and subtraction of decimals.
- Maintains dimensional tolerances between ±.0003"-.005" or greater.
- Maintains accurate part counts, fills out Box Tags, and Job/Quantity Tracker.
- Reports and asks supervisor/lead for assistance with any machining problems.
- Maintains a clean work area and observes all safety procedures
- Can execute machine offsets and insert changes with direction of supervisor or lead-person.
- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
- Practices safe work habits, maintains clean working environment, and performs routine preventative maintenance and other duties as directed

Nice to have
- No experience required.
- 1+ yrs. prior experience preferred working with controls and instrumentation, equipment maintenance

- Must be able to lift-up to 50 pounds

- 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:15 PM - 2:45 AM | $3 shift differential
- Weekend Day Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM | $5 shift differential
- Weekend Night Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM | $6 shift differential
