About the role
- Our customers are often highly technical teams who embed Inkeep Agents into their customer-facing experiences (docs, help center, marketing site, etc.) and internal workflows.
- To enable this, we provide a full extensible Agent platform which includes extensible UI components, AI and RAG APIs, an Open Source Agent Framework.
- In this role, you'll be partnering with both their technical and non-technical business teams to help them on that journey.
Responsibilities
- Create templates, quickstarts, and other technical onboarding artifacts
Requirements
- Experience with technical writing
- Experience working at a developer tool or B2B SaaS company
- 2+ years in solutions/sales engineering, support engineering, or other engineering roles with customer-facing responsibilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Located in NYC or willing to relocate (this role is in-office 5 days a week)
Nice to have
- Strong experience with TypeScript (Python experience is a plus)
