About the role
- Working Relationship: Accountable to the Board of Elders through the Senior Pastor with direct supervision by the Director of Communications & Technology.
- Potential weekend responsibilities To be managed and accounted for in cooperation with designated supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Upload, organize, and manage online media including Sermons and Podcasts
- Lead social media content creation, planning, and scheduling for main church profiles as well as Young Adults, Students, and Calvary Kids
- Edit, maintain, and organize photo library
- Manage and update digital signage throughout campus, ensuring content reflects current events and announcements
- General Support Staff Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Communication s Team in developing goals, budgets, and report s
- Part -time, non- exempt, hourly, support staff
- A member of the Support Staff and appropriate teams as assigned ( e.g. Communication, et.
- Competency in visual design for social media - Canva or Adobe Express experience
Requirements
- Must be able to present ideas and allow for adoption, adaptation or elimination of those ideas.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Experience with Adobe Lightroom and/or Photoshop for photo editing
Skills
- Creative thinking, conceptual, collaborative, and listening skills.
Compensation
- $10k-$20k

- Educational qualifications require a minimum of a High School diploma with preferences for undergraduate degree in communications or similar field
