About the role
- Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for the Main Operating Room.
- This is a full time, day shift position located in Charlottesville, VA.
- The position is On Site with offices near the Main Operating Room.
Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for the implementation and support of quality initiatives within assigned areas.
- Will maintain scheduling blocks, build surgical blocks and work within the block application.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree required
- 3 years of Analysis required
- 3 years of project management required or similar skillset
- Background in Epic Reporting required
Nice to have
- Registered nursing license preferred
- Perioperative background preferred
- Registered nursing background in Operating Room preferred
- Clinical Experience preferred
Compensation
