Responsibilities

  • We are an integral part of the community, providing much needed support for families, schools, and children.
  • Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Provide timely feedback to students to support academic growth.
  • Classroom Management & Student Support Establish and maintain clear expectations for behavior and classroom routines.
  • Support the academic, social, and emotional needs of students.
  • Address student challenges through positive interventions and supports.

  • Instruction & Curriculum Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and learning objectives.

  • Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
