Lead and perform advanced computer-aided and manual structural design calculations in accordance with applicable building and material codes, ensuring accuracy and constructability across all project phases.
Serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) for assigned projects, taking responsibility for overall structural design integrity and code compliance.
Plan project layouts, establish structural design strategies, and integrate structural systems into cohesive, multidisciplinary designs.
Prepare technical reports, peer review documentation, and recommendations for design improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program Professional Engineer (PE) license required Professional Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred 8+ years of progressive experience in structural engineering Strong proficiency in Revit and structural analysis/design software Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide technical guidance to team members Deliver timely, reliable, and courteous service

Supervise engineers and designers performing calculations and drawing preparation.
Conduct and oversee field work, including site verifications, existing condition assessments, and issue resolution.
Provide construction administration services, including periodic site visits, shop drawing and submittal reviews, and responses to RFIs.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to project engineers and designers, including training in structural analysis and calculation software.
