About the role
- The LTL Coordinator will be responsible for fostering a strong relationship with all internal stakeholders and client personnel who require day-to-day service from our company.
- Specific Responsibilities include: - Aid in the translation of customer needs into positive action by the company.

Requirements
- Ensure Bison Transport has access to as much business as required for maximum utilization, by working proactively with their clients.
Nice to have
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain roles.
- Dedicated experience providing customer service in a similar work environment.
- Well organized, an excellent communicator and have a keen sense of timeliness.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, problem solving and planning abilities.
- Knowledge of the transportation industry and North American geography are considered assets.
- Able to quickly adapt to changes, shift focus, meet deadlines, and complete time-sensitive tasks.
