Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM‑related field with 2+ years of supervisory or people‑management experience, or
  • Associate's degree in a STEM‑related field with 5+ years of supervisory or people‑management experience
  • 5+ years of equivalent military or semiconductor manufacturing experience with proven technical expertise and leadership responsibility.

Nice to have

  • Experience supervising process and/or equipment technician teams in a semiconductor fab environment.
  • Familiarity with module tool sets and factory controls (e.g., metrology tools as applicable), including SPC, OCAPs, and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Cleanroom experience (gowning, contamination control, and working effectively in controlled environments).
  • This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
  • Actual pay for a hired applicant will be determined based on the individual's job-relevant qualifications, experience, and other determinative factors.
  • In the event it is determined that a different job level upon hire is warranted then that range will be communicated to the hired applicant as soon as reasonably practicable.
