Responsibilities

  • Enter subcontracted test results, maintain the subcontractor log and proactively chase outstanding in-house and subcontracted results.
  • We keep things simple, personal and practical, offering tailored solutions and responsive support through our network of regional laboratories.
  • While each business retains its own identity, culture and technical specialism, all are supported by a central group function that invests in people, systems and long-term sustainable growth.
  • You wil l provide day-to-day administrative support by accurately processing laboratory test results, generating and issuing client reports, and ensuring information is delivered efficiently, accurately and to the highest standard of customer service.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated and reliable, with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage deadlines.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused environment, with GCSEs or equivalent in English and Mathematics.
  • Generate, maintain and update the Reporting Master, creating bespoke report formats where required to meet client needs.
  • Support the wider business by assisting with invoicing activities when required and ensuring accurate administrative records are maintained.
