About the role

The Customer Project Manager V is responsible for managing and coordinating battery energy storage system installation and commissioning projects with a focus on quality, on-time delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
The position may be performed remotely from home or onsite in headquarters in Tualatin, Oregon.

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, power systems or a related field, or equivalent years of experience
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in customer project management for power systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project as well as other software required for project management
Ability to coordinate the efforts of various teams to provide the right skills at the right time for successful project management
Experience with and ability to manage project change management and risk mitigation
Ability to travel by air, train, bus and car

Cooperates and works closely with internal and external stakeholders associated with the project
Ensures a smooth and professional transfer of the project to the designated long term service organization
Organizes and facilitates meetings to ensure smooth project execution
Contributes best practices to the corporate project management function including processes and SOP's
Organizes Pre-delivery Inspection or Factory Acceptance Test visits
Visits assigned projects in the field, up to 50% of his/her time
