- The OTE for this role is $150,000 - $200,000.
Responsibilities
- A sense of urgency and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Maintain positive relationships with all advisors you manage, focusing on achieving results.
- Be the quarterback for your advisors - you'll be hands-on, running illustrations, helping with case design, providing guidance to advisors, aid in submitting new business, and helping close the case with the carriers.
Requirements
- Experience with Winflex and/ or Ensight
Compensation
- The Brokerage Manager will receive a base salary of $65,000 - $85,000 as well as uncapped commissions.
- The OTE for this role is $150,000 - $200,000.

- Someone with 5+ years of experience as a Life Insurance Brokerage Manager at a general agency and familiar with multiple carriers.
- An existing network of life insurance and financial advisors who view you as their "go to" person.
- Consistently generating a minimum of $1 million in annual life insurance premium
- A strong understanding of life insurance case design.
- You don't need to be an underwriter, but you do need to understand life insurance products and what underwriters are looking for.
- A burning desire to change the life insurance industry.
