Responsibilities

  • Across the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.

Nice to have

  • A minimum of bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems or any branch of Science, Engineering or Technology
  • 7+ years ITSM experience
  • Daily CAB Reporting, Change Request reviews, Compliance reviews, Risk and Impact assessment, RCA of Change Related Major Incidents, and ServiceNow Reporting.
  • Ensuring Change assessments in particular the Risk assessment is carried out in accordance with the parameters of the change.
  • This would include scrutiny of the risk score, conflicts, moratoriums, etc ensuring Stability to IT infrastructure and Applications.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL (preferably V4), IT Change Management (Application and/or Infrastructure), systems development process, SDLC methodologies (Agile and Waterfall a plus)
  • Proven experience in IT project deployment, Incidents and Problem Management
  • Strong knowledge in Project management and coordination, conducting reviews, providing constructive feedback is a must

  • $90,000 - $157,500 Annual
