About the role
- The Journeyman will provide direction and guidance to the trainees and apprentices.

- Experience in performing electromechanical repairs, welding, hydraulic troubleshooting and blueprint reading.
Responsibilities

- The Maintenance Journeyman will perform a variety of tasks to install, repair, and maintain all manufacturing equipment and the buildings while maintaining Lozier's quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently or with a team.
- A minimum of 4 years of multi-craft experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is required.
- Appropriate personal protective equipment must be worn for this position.
Nice to have
- Minimum of a two-year technical degree and/or industrial electrical experience is a plus.
Skills
- Must possess a good attendance record.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.

- $1,000 bonus after completion of 90 days of employment (subject to taxes), applicable to new hires only.
