About the role

  • Shift: The regular hours for this position are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday from 6:00am to 6:15pm.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate documentation and perform data entry based on test results and production outputs.
  • Perform mechanical assembly of stiffeners, PCBAs, interposers, hardware, and associated electronic components.
  • Use hand tools, tweezers, torque devices, dial indicators, microscopes, and digital meters to perform precise mechanical adjustments.
  • Set up tester equipment to perform electrical testing and casualty analysis of probe cards.
  • Perform adjustments to probe cards to achieve proper planarity (flatness) of array structures.

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift, push, or pull light materials as needed to support daily production activities.
  • This role requires hands‑on mechanical skills, familiarity with precision measurement tools, an understanding of electronic theory at the component level, and the ability to follow detailed technical instructions.

Compensation
