About the role

  • Job Description: Office Location: Orange, Texas, United States SCOPE/CONTACTS: This is a multi-incumbent position reporting to multiple loan officers who have large or major loan portfolios.
  • The incumbent has frequent customer contact by telephone and e-mail.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with two years administrative experience will substitute for required experience.
  • Word processing and spreadsheet software experience required.
  • Must be proficient in grammar, punctuation, written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Requires mathematical and general business knowledge normally acquired by high school graduate and at least six years secretarial/administrative experience, commercial or personal loan experience preferred.
