About the role

  • The primary focus of the role is dividend processing and reconciliation.
  • This role works independently within established procedures and provides day-to-day guidance to less experienced associates when needed.
  • This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to our Edgewood, Long Island office with a 2-day per week in-person expectation.

Responsibilities

  • Process dividends and perform cash reconciliation activities.
  • Provide administrative and operational support in accordance with established procedures and service standards.
  • Use software and internet-based applications to support daily operations.
  • Provide guidance and on-the-job support to junior associates.
  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and service outcomes.

Requirements

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
  • Strong cash reconciliation and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to support less experienced team members.
  • Compensation Range: The hourly salary range for this position is $26.00-$32.00. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
