Responsibilities

Requirements
- Active CPA license or progress toward CPA required (J.D., LL.M., or EA considered).
- Experience & Skills
- 4-6 years of tax experience in public accounting or a related environment.
- Proven success managing client relationships and supervising staff.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and tax-related software tools.
- Maintain a strong understanding of IRC sections, corporate, individual, and partnership taxation.
- Education & Credentials
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Master's in Taxation preferred.
- Business development experience is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.
