Responsibilities

  • Partner with Client Strategy Managers on day-to-day brand account management, taking ownership of execution, follow-through, and proactive communication with brand partners.
  • Meet directly with brand partners, identify and own action items to support brand strategy, and implement in partnership with Client Strategy Managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account data and documentation.
  • Support strategic projects across the organization and maintain project timelines.
  • Collaborate with other Associates to share best practices and drive efficiency.

  • We are seeking a Client Strategy Associate to join our Brand Success team, where you will help manage and optimize our portfolio of brands on the platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1-3 years in account management, project management, or other client-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Zoom.

Nice to have

  • Ability to execute under tight deadlines and urgent requests.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.

Compensation

  • In compliance with New York Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is as shown.
