- Braun Intertec is seeking an experienced Construction Materials Lab Technician to join our Lenexa, KS office.

Responsibilities
- Performs and understand various laboratory test procedures
- Maintain laboratory equipment in good operating condition.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to learn how to perform less common but more complex geotechnically related laboratory tests.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to learn how to use the various lab management systems.
- Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
- The ability to lift 50-75+ pounds
Nice to have
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- MoDOT or KDOT HMA, MoDOT or KDOT Soils certifications are strongly preferred (ability to obtain within a year required)
Skills

Compensation
- $45,000.00 - $74,000.00
