About the role
- As a Laboratory Operations Supervisor in an IDEXX laboratory, you will supervise a team of Laboratory Technicians who analyze samples and help veterinarians diagnose and treat pets.
- As a leader in the lab, you ensure your team is supported and managed and help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
- You leverage your passion for coaching and developing employees, and help your team reach their full potential while achieving business goals
Requirements
- You are able to work the night shift
- You have directly supervised 10+ employees in a fast-paced and / or high-volume work environment
- You have 1+ years of recent supervisory experience
- You have knowledge of veterinary or human clinical testing procedures
- You enjoy a fast-paced, high-volume, innovative work environment
- You are passionate about people leadership

Compensation
