About the role
- The Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM), established in 1969, is a premier institution dedicated to advancing the field of aviation maintenance through exceptional education and training.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of prospective student inquiries through phone, email, and in-person or virtual meetings - responding with speed and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of student application status and pipeline activity in the CRM
- It's a consultative sales position where success comes from building relationships, earning trust, and guiding prospective students from their first inquiry through enrollment.
- Stays organized, meets deadlines, and manages multiple priorities without dropping the ball
Requirements
- One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary (for-profit) post-secondary educational setting preferred

- Has a strong track record in sales, admissions, or customer service with demonstrated results against performance metrics
- Communicates clearly and authentically with a wide range of people
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
- Proven experience in sales or customer service with a record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, outreach goals, and closing ratios
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
- Excellent time management and the ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable learning new CRM and enrollment management systems
- Flexible availability for occasional evenings and one Saturday per month
- Work Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- One weekly late shift: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday-Thursday only)
- One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM</sp

Compensation
- Compensation: Up to $30.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications
