What you are about: The Clinic Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting with all marketing and communications for a portfolio of Vos Collection clinics based in Canada East Region and the surrounding area.
As the Marketing Specialist, you will play an integral part in driving relevancy and recognition for a portfolio of clinic brands and gain exposure to world-renowned physicians, providers and innovators, shaping modern medical aesthetics.

Assist in maintaining up-to-date creative assets and day-to-day clinic marketing/brand support, including signage, website updates, print collateral, and ad-hoc social and email support.
Clinic Strategy and Collaboration Develop strong relationships with regional team members in Operations, Clinic Marketing, and In-clinic experts to build collaboration and ensure smooth execution and communication.
Collaborate with Web/Content, CRM, and Performance Marketing teams to align messaging and amplify impact across channels.
Demonstrated ability to develop, adapt and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Additional duties and responsibilities may be added or modified as required throughout the course of your employment.
Comfort/adaptability with agentic and AI-assisted tools and evolving workflows Advanced proficiency in marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Canva, Adobe, Asana, Sanity, Shopify, etc.

Clinic Marketing Planning and Execution Support the Regional Marketing Manager in the development and activation of the annual marketing plan and growth strategies for assigned clinics.

Vos Collection is a network of North America's premier medical aesthetics clinics, bringing together 32 distinct clinic brands under a unified vision of elevated patient care and premium brand experiences.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing (clinic network and medical aesthetics industry is a bonus).
