About the role
- This role is fully remote and would require about 20% of travel with about 10% of travel for quarterly team meetings in South Florida.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate sponsor onboarding and maintain accurate internal documentation.
- Manage the Exhibits inbox by routing inquiries to the appropriate sales representative or program lead.
- Learn and manage Marketo for sponsor communications.
- Build and launch email campaigns using graphics and content templates provided by our team.
- Learn and manage Squarespace updates.
- The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will support the sales team and improve operational efficiency.
- The goal of this role would be to take on many of the administrative, marketing, and client support responsibilities that currently pull our sales team away from revenue-generating activities.
- Our meetings bring together top experts, industry partners, and clinicians to foster collaboration and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
