About the role

  • Our dynamic Litigation Practice Groups is known for their comprehensive approach to managing a wide range of complex defense litigation involving personal injury, wrongful death, premises, products liability and transportation.
  • The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience.
  • This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior attorneys and clients on the defense of personal injury litigation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, settlement conferences, and trial preparation.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop effective case strategies.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively in a team setting with partners, associates, paralegals, and law clerks.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters independently while collaborating with attorneys, clients, and litigation teams.
  • Firm-paid bar and professional association dues, with CLE support

Requirements

  • 3+ years of civil litigation experience in either state or federal court.
  • Active California bar admission required in good standing.
  • Experience with trial preparation.
  • Significant hands-on experience in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.

Compensation

  • $140,000 - $170,000 USD
