About the role
- Our dynamic Litigation Practice Groups is known for their comprehensive approach to managing a wide range of complex defense litigation involving personal injury, wrongful death, premises, products liability and transportation.
- The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience.
- This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior attorneys and clients on the defense of personal injury litigation.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, settlement conferences, and trial preparation.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop effective case strategies.
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a team setting with partners, associates, paralegals, and law clerks.
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently while collaborating with attorneys, clients, and litigation teams.
- Firm-paid bar and professional association dues, with CLE support
Requirements
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience in either state or federal court.
- Active California bar admission required in good standing.
- Experience with trial preparation.
- Significant hands-on experience in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.
Compensation
- $140,000 - $170,000 USD
