About the role
- They will need to be exceptionally detailed oriented to make sure our inventory is in the warehouse for all of our customer-built boats.
Requirements
- or 1+ years of related experience and/or training
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written directions
- Ability to work with fellow coworkers in proximity and in a team environment displaying mutual respect
- Ability to fluently speak, read, understand, and write English
- Must have knowledge of good packaging practices.
- Must have ability to properly complete all shipping documents
- Kit and/or store items in a safe, orderly, and accessible manner in warehouses, production areas as required, or outside designated areas
Nice to have
- Experience in shipping is desirable
- Haz-mat certified or knowledge desirable
- Basic skills in forklift, overhead hoist, and computers preferred
- Working Conditions:
- Protective Personnel Equipment (PPE) requirements could include gloves, hard hats and other equipment as required
- Ability to work a 10+ hour shift standing, bending, reaching
- Moderate lifting ability up to 50lbs
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (may be above 100 ambient degrees or below 10 ambient degrees in areas of production)

Compensation
- decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
- $17.56-$26.70/HR
- The anticipated pay range for this position is $17.56-$26.70 hourly.
