About the role

  • The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of an assigned set of sales enablement programs and projects within the global sales organization.

  • Support the audience(s) needs by designing and deploying measurable enablement program(s) to drive growth and achieve performance and productivity targets.
  • Deliver live, facilitated training sessions in conjunction with other enablement team members to large sales audiences as needed.
  • Collaborate with other sales and CS enablement team members in the organization to develop and share best practices around training and support sales/CS roles.
  • It's a place where everyone is given the tools, support, and runway they need to go far.

Requirements

  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills and the ability to engage an audience.
  • The ability to demonstrate the skills you are teaching with confidence and credibility.
  • The ability to adjust to changing priorities, tasks, and business needs is essential.

Nice to have

  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with new hires/their managers to assess progress, improve effectiveness, and identify ongoing training needs.
  • experience in leveraging Workday and Articulate Storyline, or similar, is a plus.
  • Help facilitate change management through communication, training, and measurement.
  • Five-plus years' experience in a sales, marketing, L&D, or sales enablement role, with proven success in designing and implementing successful sales enablement programs.

Skills

  • Strong planning, project management, and time management skills.

Compensation

  • $85,000 - $139,000
  • Base salary range for Georgia: $77,000 - $125,000
