About the role
- The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of an assigned set of sales enablement programs and projects within the global sales organization.

- Support the audience(s) needs by designing and deploying measurable enablement program(s) to drive growth and achieve performance and productivity targets.
- Deliver live, facilitated training sessions in conjunction with other enablement team members to large sales audiences as needed.
- Collaborate with other sales and CS enablement team members in the organization to develop and share best practices around training and support sales/CS roles.

Requirements
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills and the ability to engage an audience.
- The ability to demonstrate the skills you are teaching with confidence and credibility.
- The ability to adjust to changing priorities, tasks, and business needs is essential.
Nice to have
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with new hires/their managers to assess progress, improve effectiveness, and identify ongoing training needs.
- experience in leveraging Workday and Articulate Storyline, or similar, is a plus.
- Help facilitate change management through communication, training, and measurement.
- Five-plus years' experience in a sales, marketing, L&D, or sales enablement role, with proven success in designing and implementing successful sales enablement programs.
Skills

Compensation
- $85,000 - $139,000
- Base salary range for Georgia: $77,000 - $125,000
