- Working alongside experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams, you'll gain hands-on experience in design, permitting, and project delivery while building the technical expertise and professional foundation needed to advance your engineering career and pursue licensure.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited university and Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification in the State of Texas.
- 3-8 years of experience in civil engineering design, site development, land development, or related engineering projects.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to produce accurate engineering plans, calculations, and project documentation.
- Experience with local permitting processes, regulatory requirements, and design standards within the Greater Houston and/or Central Texas regions.
