Responsibilities

  • Lead and architect complex, enterprise-scale data migrations, specifically from Microsoft 365/Exchange environments to Google Workspace, ensuring data integrity, minimal disruption, and successful user adoption.
  • Act as the lead technical authority on flagship client projects, architecting sophisticated solutions using Google Apps Script, APIs, low-code platforms, and emerging AI Agentic Frameworks.
  • Lead the architecture of AI Agent solutions, defining agentic workflows, tool integration, memory systems, and governance models to automate complex business processes.
  • Develop robust governance models, security frameworks, and technical roadmaps that encompass platform migrations, existing systems, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Create and evangelize architectural best practices for the entire digital workplace, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and adopted by users.
  • Identify and help develop new service offerings and intellectual property related to migrations, automation, and AI agents.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in architecting and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
  • Expert-level knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Intune, Entra ID).
  • Deep architectural and administrative proficiency with the Google Workspace platform.
  • Proven experience contributing to pre-sales efforts in a client-facing consulting role.
  • Travel: Ability to travel to client sites as needed for key workshops and meetings, with an expectation of up to 25%.
  • Experience with third-party migration tools (e.g., CloudM, MoveBot, CloudFuze, Cloudiway, Google Workspace Migrate).
  • Proven, hands-on experience leading multiple large-scale migrations from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace, including mail, calendar, contacts, and files (OneDrive and SharePoint to Google Drive).
  • Hands-on development experience using Google Apps Script and integrating with various APIs (e.g., Google Cloud, Microsoft Graph), with a proven ability to create strong documentation.
  • Direct experience building business applications and solutions with Google AppSheet.
  • Certifications such as:
  • Google Cloud Certified: Professional Cloud Architect
  • Google Cloud Certified: Associate Google Workspace Administrator
  • Preferred
  • Demonstrable experience using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (e.g., Cloud Functions, Cloud Identity, BigQuery) to build custom solutions or integrations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with enterprise migrations between Microsoft and Google platforms.
  • Demonstrable experience architecting and deploying production-grade AI agents on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
