Responsibilities
- Hiring, developing, and retaining field technicians, dispatchers, and office staff
- Building a culture of high performance, accountability, safety, and exceptional customer experience
- Strong financial acumen - you know your numbers and can drive profitability with intention
- Excellent communication and people skills; you lead by example and inspire loyalty
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or a multi-trade environment
- Demonstrated track record of growing a service business - revenue, team size, or market footprint
Nice to have
- Experience with ServiceTitan, or comparable field service software is a plus
