About the role

- Duties and Responsibilities Provide personal care to clients in accordance with their individualized care plans.
- Offer companionship and assistance with light housekeeping duties-doing whatever it takes to help clients remain safely and comfortably at home.

- We are looking for awesome, self-driven Personal Support Workers to work throughout the Toronto/GTA area on Weekends and Holidays.
- Please note we are only moving forward with applicants who are available to support us with our client needs on weekends.
Requirements
- Complete all required documentation and records accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.
- if no vehicle, must be able to travel within the Toronto/GTA area.
- Valid Criminal Record Check. must be completed within the last year.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Coordinators when needed.
- Competitive rates of pay ($23.50/hour-$26/hour depending on the client and program and whether you are an HSCPOA Registrant)
