About the role
- Machine Operator will operate various card production equipment to personalize debit/credit cards according to customers' specifications.
- Work with other operators, technicians, and supervisory staff to achieve daily / monthly goals.
Responsibilities
- Work independently, performing quality inspections on own work according to production standards.
- Formulate and implement work priority decisions

- Maintain housekeeping standards of workstation
Requirements
- Basic math skills required
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Must be able to work in a high-paced environment
- Attend appropriate training and meetings as required
- Required to be standing and operating a machine 6+ hours a day
Nice to have
- 1-3 years' experience in mechanical ability
- 1-3 years' experience in safety rules and maintenance instructions
- Intermediate computer skills

Compensation
- The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between
- Total Target Cash (TTC) 37,526.25 - 70,049.00 USD Annual
