About the role

  • Order Management: Enter and revise advertising orders within the WideOrbit Traffic system while ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with agencies, clients, and national sales representatives regarding scheduling changes, makegoods, and commercial airing information.
  • Revenue Operations: Coordinate with Finance on invoicing, discrepancies, collections, and payment tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Creative Services and Traffic to manage commercial production requests and advertising copy instructions.
  • Partner with Digital Sales, Traffic, Research, and other internal departments to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized records, manage multiple deadlines, and support special projects as assigned.
  • Sales Support: Assist Account Executives and Sales Managers with proposals, order entry, reporting, and day-to-day account maintenance.
  • Commercial Coordination: Work with Creative Services and Traffic to manage commercial production requests and advertising copy instructions.
  • Political Advertising Support: Assist Sales Management with political advertising contracts, FCC compliance documentation, and maintenance of online political files.
  • Collaborative Execution: Partner with Digital Sales, Traffic, Research, and other internal departments to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Administrative Excellence: Maintain organized records, manage multiple deadlines, and support special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Communication & Organization: Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Coordinate paid programming schedules and ensure all required materials and approvals are completed accurately.
