Responsibilities

  • Consults with senior leaders on organizational design and effectiveness, serves as talent coaches to senior leader, acts as a culture champion with a focus on inclusion, and aids the business through advanced people analytics.
  • They will lead and influence using workforce data and predictive analytics for improved decision making that supports respective business metrics and objectives.
  • Depending on position level, may support small to large sized clients within a business line.
  • The Talent Consultant will partner with Human Resource Centers of Excellence (COEs), Employee Services, and HR Strategy and Operations to plan and execute their charter.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data, recognize trends and recommend action
  • Applicants must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies.

Compensation

  • $133,365.00 - $156,900.00
