Requirements

  • As part of our selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview with an NBCUniversal employee at one of our locations prior to a hiring decision.
  • This position is required to be performed full-time from a DreamWorks-designated worksite.

Nice to have

  • Setting up, installation and relocation of computer workstations, desktops, laptops and other technology hardware.
  • Assists with organization and cabling of technology equipment, computer setups.
  • Conducts daily physical inventory of assets and updates to the Asset tracking Database.
  • Demonstrate commitment to resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a positive, helpful attitude
  • Ensures assets are tracked and cataloged with timely ticket tracking updates of ongoing work
  • Proficient with electronics and computer knowledge is necessary
  • Windows, Mac, and Linux/Unix OS experience.
  • Basic/intermediate hardware and software troubleshooting skills required.

Compensation

  • $62,000 - $70,000
