About the role
- With autonomous robots deployed in dozens of Global 2000 companies across the US, we're now ready to introduce the AI inventory revolution with robotics at scale, implementing to hundreds and thousands of warehouses.
- Install and configure the Corvus One hardware system in customer facilities
- Organize implementation projects for new and existing enterprise customers
Responsibilities
- Swiftly triage and perform incident response to real-world robotics operations at scale
- Collaborate with product engineering & customer success to deliver value-add product improvements
- Experience in customer-facing or community-oriented roles, such as retail, resident advisor, and customer support
Requirements
- Experience running autonomous robots in uncontrolled environments (e.g., outdoors, or in real-world facilities)
- The ideal candidate must be able to rent & drive cars in the U.S.
Nice to have
- Experience or relevant coursework & projects on enterprise IT and network configurations
- Experience or relevant coursework & projects on supply chain & logistics, including automation and robotics for the supply chain industry
