About the role

  • In this role you will be provided a portfolio of sites where it will be your responsibility to complete floor maintenance duties that include stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, and deep cleaning of various floor types.
  • Work orders will be issued for each location to complete twice yearly.

Requirements

  • Experience in Floor cleaning role, required.

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to communicate in English, including reading and writing
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to ascend and descend stairs.
  • Ability to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracy
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workload
  • High School Degree or Equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License, required
  • Possibility of some overtime during evenings and weekends
  • Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.

Compensation

  • The salary range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00 per hour.
