About the role
- • Ensure compliance with BOS, ISO/TS 16949, IATF requirements, and customespecific standards.
- • Understand plant and customer KPIs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet or exceed targets.
Responsibilities
- Understand plant and customer KPIs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet or exceed targets.
- Drive continuous improvement across all production quality deliverables
- Support advancement of Operation Description Sheets (ODS)
- Support PPAP preparation and submission
- Develop and maintain:
- PFMEA (with Manufacturing Engineering support)
- Initiate and manage Quality Alerts through closure
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering or related role
- At least 2 years of automotive industry experience required
- Ensure proper preparation and submission of required documentation, including:
- Participate in Layered Process Audits (LPA) as required

- ISO/TS 16949 / IATF standards
- PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans
- 8D problem-solving methodology
- Continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Lean Certification
- Problem-Solving Certification
- Kaizen Certification

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
