About the role
- Coordinate and supervise the daily production activities of assigned staff
- Assist Supervisor / Manager with day-to-day operations to meet safety, cost, quality and schedule
- Ensure that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner
Responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day direction from supervision including flow of parts and resources.
- Will perform most of the hands-on or OJT training for the team members
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Monitor and document employee attendance and performance
- Develop and implement production schedules and workflows
Requirements
- Must be able to push and pull heavy racks
- Must have sufficient hand/eye coordination
- Regularly required to talk or hear
- Frequently required to walk and sit
- Must be able to learn and understand equipment, as well as setup and run the equipment
- Ability to bend, twist and stretch arms above head and walk or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and heavier objects with assistance

Compensation
- Pay Range - $25-$28 per hour DOE
