Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field required
  • 8 years of professional experience in marketing required

Nice to have

  • Serve as a recognized subject matter expert in client marketing, establishing best practices, frameworks, and standards across the team.
  • Analyze performance data and trends to provide strategic recommendations that inform both client outcomes and broader team direction.
  • Contribute to team planning efforts, including goal setting, operational improvements, and identifying opportunities for scale and efficiency.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and delegation of work to junior team members and peers
  • review work to ensure quality and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Project management skills
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through.

Compensation

  • The annual salary for this position is between $86,000-$103,000 annually.
  • The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening.
  • Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
