About the role
- Our Healthcare Billers are the revenue cycle backbone for SMB medical and dental clinics, PE-backed specialty groups, and surgical centers across the US.
- You will handle claim submission, denial management, A/R follow-up, and patient collections - fully supported by an AI agent that handles up to 55% of routine task volume so you can focus on the work that requires expert judgment.
- Essential Skills Strong knowledge of medical billing and coding, including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed records of billing activities and update patient billing information regularly.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
