Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate documentation of materials, labor, and completed work
- Support apprentices through hands-on training and mentorship
- Productive work that supports project schedules
- We actively invest in developing future crew leaders, supervisors, and managers.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation practices
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in active construction environments
- If a background check is required for a role, you will receive any legally required notices and authorizations separately.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
