Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers Around the World
- As an Information Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world.
- Gathering requirements for specific solutions to support business decisions in collaboration with others
- Staying informed on industry best practices and trends in compliance systems, application support, and systems management to drive continuous improvement.
- Experience using SQL (Structured Query Language) to query, manage, and analyze data
- Developing / coding technical solutions as defined by project leaders and subject matter experts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Nice to have
- Customer service experience with the ability to respond effectively to stakeholder needs
- Experience with data analysis tools and software to support reporting and business insights
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI
- Experience with quality testing and validating data, processes, or system outputs
- Ability to work in an agile environment
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Passion for technology with a curious growth mindset and be comfortable with new technologies
- Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

Compensation
- Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $74,644 - $91,231, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
