About the role
- This position will be joining the Warner Electric team in Columbia City, IN.
- A portfolio of highly engineered power transmission components and subsystems efficiently transmits motion to power industrial applications.
- Regal Rexnord is comprised of three operating segments: Industrial Powertrain Solutions, Power Efficiency Solutions, and Automation & Motion Control.
Responsibilities
- Regal Rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
- The Company's electric motors and air moving subsystems provide the power to create motion.
- The Company's automation offering, comprised of controls, actuators, drives, and precision motors, controls motion in applications ranging from factory automation to precision control in surgical tools.
Requirements
- Experience Requirements

- Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to adapt to internal processes and change, delays or unexpected events.
- Strong work ethic, including the ability to be self-directed and self-motivated.
- Demonstrated professionalism, passion, and initiative with projects and tasks
- Preferred experience with manufacturing assembly or similar processes
- Preferred experience with measuring instruments such as micrometers and height gauges
- Willingness to follow work instructions
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, up to 25 pounds frequently to constantly
- Must be able to constantly stand or sit for long periods of time as necessary in the work area
Skills
- Performs routine preventative maintenance on tools and equipment
