About the role
- Working within the AI Infrastructure and Governance team, you will help ensure reliable model capacity, robust governance, and effective collaboration across engineering and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Effectively support GenAI development teams, manage model capacity, and maintain governance oversight.
- Work closely with other development team members to understand complex product requirements and translate them into software designs.
- Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews.
- You will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling AI-driven infrastructure and software solutions that support advanced products and services.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams while mentoring others
Requirements
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
- BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required
- Advanced knowledge of AI systems/vendors, models, capacity planning and provisioning
- Strong understanding of AI governance and security best practices
- Advanced knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong proficiency with data manipulation language including optimization techniques and data modeling principles
- Expertise in development languages including but not limited to: Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, UNIX, and.Net

Compensation
- Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
- $95,300 - $158,800.
