About the role
- ONEOK is seeking a highly motivated Gas Plant Accountant II/III to join our team and support natural gas gathering and processing accounting.
- This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across teams, improve accounting processes, and contribute during a period of transformation and growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of natural gas gathering and processing accounting
- Perform plant settlement analysis and reconcile volumes and values
- Partner with Commercial, Operations, Measurement, and Marketing to ensure accurate allocation of revenues, costs, and products
- Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Perform calculations and/or analyses including but not limited to:
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance with specific job related experience
- Experience with and/or thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principals, company financial accounting, and/or billing methods and procedures
Nice to have
- Preferred: Experience in midstream operational accounting
- Preferred: Familiarity with TIPS and/or Waterfield
