Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for CRM devices and therapies by performing system checks/interrogations, supporting implants, troubleshooting issues, and applying knowledge gained through comprehensive CRM field training.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and field partners to understand customer needs, market dynamics, and the value of Medtronic CRM products and solutions.
- Identify customer opportunities, support purchase order activities, monitor competitive trends, and provide actionable feedback to help achieve sales objectives.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to support customer clinics, hospitals, and business meetings, with frequent independent driving - approximate 80% of the time
- Perform physical job requirements, including frequent two-handed lifting of up to 40 lbs., sitting, standing, and walking for 8+ hours per day, and regularly bending, stooping, squatting, and maintaining balance.

Nice to have
- B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, life sciences, biomedical engineering
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
