Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- As our Field Operations Team Lead, you will provide leadership and expertise for loaner kit/order fulfillment.
- Additionally, you will track inventory accurately, record keeping, warehouse inventory cycle counting, managing expired products and optimize inventory utilization. as well as maintain a state of constant audit readiness and assist with preparation for audits.
- Lastly, you will implement processes that optimize and track warehouse inventory, which accounts for up to 50% of Branch's inventory assets.

Requirements
- A BS/BA degree is needed for the role, however in lieu of a degree 6+ years of equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
- Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs
- 1+ years of experience with warehouse/inventory control experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Prior people leadership is preferred.
