The Logan Health Medical Fitness Center is looking for a Fitness Assistant to help keep our facility safe, organized, and welcoming while supporting members on their wellness journeys.

Customer service experience
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including some evenings and weekends, is preferred.

Additionally, they may qualify for hourly differential pay for certain shifts or hours, offering extra compensation based on department-specific scheduling needs.

🏋️ What You'll Do
As a Fitness Assistant, you'll help ensure our fitness spaces remain safe, organized, and ready for members to enjoy by:
Assisting with maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Identifying and addressing safety concerns according to department protocols
Supporting members and guests with exceptional customer service
Assisting with waivers, documentation, and department paperwork
🎯 What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is:
At least 18 years of age
Knowledgeable about fitness equipment and exercise environments
Friendly, approachable, and customer-service focused
Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Able to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication skills
