About the role

- Chemours is seeking a Mechanical & Equipment Engineer to join our growing Maintenance and Reliability Organizations.
- This position will be available at the Delisle Plant and report directly to the Reliability site Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering field (preferably Mechanical, but others will be considered) AND minimum 3- 5 years' experience within a manufacturing environment OR equivalent experience
Nice to have
- The incentive pay is dependent on business results and individual performance and subject to the terms and conditions of the specific plans.
- SAP Knowledge preferred.
Skills
- Participate in process hazards analyses and scope development for capital projects.
- Prepare and audit scopes of work, estimates, schedules, and equipment specifications.
- Review preventive maintenance plans to assure optimum process and frequency of performance, for reliability and Mechanical Integrity needs.
- Data analysis techniques and statistical interpretation skills
- Failure analysis including preservation of evidence techniques.
- Maintenance and reliability best practices including the work management process.
- Rotating equipment and alignment techniques
Compensation
- $97,843.00 - $152,880.00
