Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the development and implementation of our digital Quality Monitoring Schemes (QMS) Lead and manage our continuous improvement program to include leading the Root cause and Corrective Action process (RCA) Manage the Consumer Complaint program, to include logging, investigation and reporting of consumer complaints and aging materials as part our continuous improvement program Assures compliance to Internal and External Standards.
